- Purpose: To develop and maintain a relationship among and between health promotion practitioners and policy makers in all areas of work that embody the principles of self help and mutual aid.
Goal #1: To enable individuals, community groups, health professionals and educators to gain common knowledge and skills in the field of Health Promotion and Community Development.
Goal #2: Provide an effective means of communication for the membership with each other and with the Atlantic Health Promotion Research Centre and other regional organizations.
